Ingredients:
- 1 handful frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 orange
- 1 carrot
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 5 kale leaves
- 2 basil leaves (yes strange but it works!)
- 1 dessert spoon coconut oil
- 1 dessert spoon Synergy Natural Raw Ormus Green
- 1/2 coconut water, 1/2 water
Method:
Add all ingredients to Vitamix, mix and enjoy.
