RAW CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

 To make these delicious raw chocolate chip cookies you will need  the following ingredients:

+ 120g Pitted medjool dates

+  20g Shredded Coconut

+ 1 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts

+ 3 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter

+ 2 Tbs LSA

+ 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

+ 50ml Water

+ 20ml coconut oil melted

+ 50g dark chocolate chips

 

Method:

Place dates, coconut, peanuts, peanut butter, LSA, vanilla extract and coconut oil into a high speed food processor and blend.

Add the water slowly until you produce a cookie dough consistency.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Roll into balls or mould into your favourite cookie shapes and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
