SUPER SMOOTHIE

Posted by Naturopath . on

This super smoothie tastes 20 times better than it looks! It is a great cleanser and tonic, I really like it as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack and energy boost.  The kiwi & orange delivers vitamin C, while cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar & tastes incredible mixed with the orange. This is a great way to get some wheatgrass in your day and get alkaline!

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 Lebanese cucumber
  • 4 celery sticks
  • handful spinach
  • 1/4 green apple
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/3 orange
  • 1 heaped tspn cinnamon
  • 1 tspn coconut oil
  • 1 dessert spoon chia seeds
  • Synergynatural wheatgrass powder
  • 2/3 water 1/3 coconut water

Method:

Add all ingredients to Vitamix, mix and enjoy.
