Green, Chocolate, Life!

Before heading for that afternoon espresso fix, remember! Coffee depletes you whilst greens feed you. Coffee not only causes adrenal fatigue and dehydration but inhibits absorption and decreases your bodies levels of essential nutrients like B complex vitamins and  Magnesium which are essential for ATP energy production and nervous system support meaning the coffee actually causes fatigue. Coffee also depletes the body of antioxidants like vitamin C which is essential for collagen synthesis and  protecting cells from oxidative stress. So for skin that glows from within feed your body with this super powered antioxidant rich smoothie.

This one is my FAVE, super simple and can be enjoyed daily! It really tastes like a chocolate smoothie only GREEN, VEGAN and  full of love. There is no other food on the planet that can give you high levels of all nutrients then what this nourishing daily additive will. A quick and easy daily essential that the whole family will love as your breakfast, a treat or that afternoon pick me up.
