From Earth Green Cacao Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup activated almonds
- 1 Banana (frozen overnight)
- 1 bunch of washed organic spinach
- 1 Dessert Spoon Synergy Natural Supergreens (Spirulina, Chlorella, Barley and Wheat Grass)
- 2 Scoops of Sunwarrior Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
- 500ml Coconut Water
Method:
In your Vitamix add your almonds, banana and dry ingredients.
- Add in your spinach along with your liquids
- Cover and blend for 30 seconds
- Serve and be nourished
