Raw "Soup"er Spirulina Gazpacho
Ingredients:
- 4 medium bok choy
- 2 stalks celery or ½ a bulb of fennel when in season
- ½ cup of chopped parsley
- 4 baby yellow tomatoes or grape tomatoes
- 1 chunk of ginger chopped – approx. 1½ inches
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons spirulina
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups water sea salt
- Juice of ½ lime ( optional)
Blend all ingredients and eat/drink. A very pleasant flavored blend for hot summer evenings.
