The cold and flu season has hit. Even though we’re experiencing possibly the best May ever, it’s still super important to look after ourselves and stock up our immune system.
I’ve decided to embrace the smoothie maker and get juicing according to my needs for the week!
Here are a few fresh juice combinations for you to stay healthy these winter months:
* Immune boost – apple, carrot, garlic, ginger, lemon
* Cold cure and sore throat – watercress, apple, cream of tartar
* Fever – celery, parsley
* Tiredness – apple, beetroot, carrot, orange
