This smoothie blend has quickly become my favourite! It is packed full of vitamin C, which when mixed with greens, helps us to absorb the iron in leafy greens! Super refreshing, hydrating, cleansing, and if you're a yogi you'll appreciate the orange and green foods can give a boost to your 2nd & 4th energy centres in particular. (Your smoothie will not look quite as green as this example!) Enjoy!!
