This super smoothie tastes 20 times better than it looks! It is a great cleanser and tonic, I really like it as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack and energy boost. The kiwi & orange delivers vitamin C, while cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar & tastes incredible mixed with the orange. This is a great way to get some wheatgrass in your day and get alkaline!
Ingredients:
- 2/3 Lebanese cucumber
- 4 celery sticks
- handful spinach
- 1/4 green apple
- 1/2 kiwi
- 1/3 orange
- 1 heaped tspn cinnamon
- 1 tspn coconut oil
- 1 dessert spoon chia seeds
- Synergynatural wheatgrass powder
- 2/3 water 1/3 coconut water
Method:
Add all ingredients to Vitamix, mix and enjoy.
