This is my go-to recipe to cleanse and restore balance after a late night and a glass or two of vino.
Cucumber is super hydrating as it is about 90% water; celery and kale are both natural anti-inflammatory foods, with kale and beetroot also packed with antioxidants. Beetroot can help stimulate the liver's natural detoxing processes; mint can soothe indigestion and inflammation and help to soothe an upset stomach. Chlorella is nature's magic wonder; the ultimate alkaliser to offset the acidic waste that builds up in our body from processed food and pollution. The best part? It actually does taste great !
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 4-5 celery sticks
- 3 Kale leaves
- 1/4 beetroot
- 5 leaves fresh mint
- 1 dessert spoon Synergy Natural Chlorella Powder
- 150-200mL water
