NOURISHING GREEN SMOOTHIE

A nutritious green smoothie packed with healthy fats, protein, essential nutrients and alkalising greens! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 2 dessert spoons of chia seeds
  • raw cacao beans
  • a handful of organic Tuscan kale
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein
  • 1 dessert spoon of Synergy Natural Super Greens 
  • 200-500ml of alkaline or filtered water   

Whiz in a blender for 30 seconds, serve and enjoy.
